Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Face Masks (hygiene considerations)
- Gloves (personal protective equipment)
- Armor Inserts (safety equipment)
All other products including Apparel, Vests, Jackets, Pants, and Accessories are eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us – Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization – We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package Items – Include all original items, tags, and packaging
- Ship to Address – Send to: 406 Hawks Nest Lane, Maryland Heights, US 63141
- Processing – Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Refund Time: 5-7 business days to process after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges to a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state the desired size/color in your return request
- We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive the original product
- Exchanges are subject to product availability

As we serve riders worldwide (excluding some Asian nations and remote regions), international customers are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs and customs fees
